Do you think musicals should be sad? The Fiddler on the Roof was sad and boring.?

Ugh! We r doing fiddler for my school musical and it's so boring and then gets really sad, NOT A GOOD COMBO! but I think some should, not all they r like books u don't want just comedy books you want romance and action and historical things
