Girl says we arent talking enough?

So met this girl a little while back. She admitted she liked me and I liked her quite a lot too. So we started talking. But the main problem is at school she is ALWAYS with loads of girls and lets be honest even the most confident guy would have trouble sitting with like 7 girls just talking, especially if hes trying to initiate conversation with one in particular. She says im shy even though shes exactly the same, theres no way she would come and sit with me and all my boys yet she criticises me for not talking to her enough. Recently shes been saying she doesnt think it will work because of this and she cant see it changing. I want it to change but im just not confident enough to go and pull up a chair with all her girls sitting there. Just feels so awkward. Any help?
