Should I text my bully?

Now i looked up a list of insults to say to my bully, and hes been ignoring me to make me angry so i am eager to text him...the things that he has done to me were: criticize me, insult me, gossip about me, told me what not to talk about, limited me to conversation, and saved all my texts to use against me....i know i shouldn't stoop to his level, and i know i shouldn't make things worse, but besides those two reasons, should i text him a nerve hitting insult or not?
