Is my fiddler crab dead or molting?

Well my crab would not move much last night but this afternoon i looked at him and he was on his back face up not moving.I dint want to touch him heard if you do it can kill him if he is molting.But his belly is white and he has salt in his water and he has a Beach so i don't know so can some one plz help me :( .thx
