What kind of lawyer do i need if my child's hair was cut by a daycare provider without consent?

can a daycare provider just get away with cutting my child's hair and putting sulfur 8 in it!? when i picked my son up from the daycare his hair was braided like a girl and smelled really strong. come to find out the lady had cut it also! the day before that i pick my son up and he had a huge contusion on his forehead and when i asked the teacher she said he fell on the concrete playing outside. my son no longer goes to the daycare. I need to know if i can take legal action and what kind of lawyer i would need. thank you for your help
