30 gallon aquarium will these fish work together?

i am going to be getting fish within the next week for my 30 gallon freshwater aquarium and was thinking i would do something like this: 5 tiger barbs, 8 neon tetras 3 danios and either a pesco or 2 fiddler crabs tell me what you think and any suggestions that would help me out or better ideas
