Do I have Giardia lamblia?

2 days ago i went to a amusement park. I happened to get a burger and fry's and one of the many food stands. The food of course was really expensive and below par quality. The morning i started to have a really bad stomach ache. This stomach ache was off and on for a few hours and was eventually accompanied by foul smelling gas and sulfur smelling burps. Not to long after that i started to have really bad diarrhea. After a couple lodes on the toilet i started to feel way better. But this morning I still have those burps. I read about these burbs and I think my symptoms were similar to Giardia lamblia. I read this to my dad and he thinks i just had food poising. 1. I would like to know what i probably had? 2. I would like to know how to get rid of these rancid burbs.
