Doesnt it bother you when other people like the same kind of music you do, even if they usually dont listen to?

It bothers me when my MOM likes the same kind of music I do (wtf my mom?). It bothers me when my brother suddenly listens to my music and likes it, even though he sometimes criticizes me for being punk and all that. Its actually the irony that bothers me. I listen mostly to alternative/punk rock and all that. They still hate screamo though, and yell at me to turn it off. For example, my mom likes THE CATALYST, by Linkin Park (for some really strange reason), but hates BLACKOUT by Linkin Park too just because he screams in part of the song. I dont know but I feel the hipocritism (I think I just made that word up).
