What is wrong with this my dog if my dog has...?

a high blood cell count and is not eating, sometimes vomiting and sometimes diarrhea, below normal to normal temperature, and sometimes eye discharge and sometimes a respiratory congestion. It is not responding to any antibiotics only a sulfur base antibiotic and Clavit. It is also effecting other dogs from age 2-6 months old and 5-8 years old. What is wrong!?!
