What do you think of this headband with this dress?

The dress is cute. Kinda retro but modern. To me that would call for something more sleek and simple on the hair or even nothing on the hair and let the earrings you wear catch that color. The head piece is nice but it looks like it would go with a different style of dress. Like something more lacy and light in color and more bohemian in style.
