My brother is getting married to a Jewish woman...is circumcision required for the wedding ceremony?

At first we were just kidding him about it. Now he doesn't think it's so funny and won't return my calls. Does he really have to do it to get married along with the chair dance and bottles on the head ceremonies? Or have I watched Fiddler on the Roof too much?
